Bush To Bay Festival Postponed

BUSH TO BAY (RESCHEDULED) SAT 09 OCT 2021 Due to the recent snap lockdown across South East Queensland, Townsville, Magnetic Island and Palm Island for Covid 19, we’re sad to announce that the Bush To Bay Music Festival will have to be rescheduled to the new date of Saturday 9th October. With the restrictions lasting until at least Friday 2nd July at 6pm, we couldn’t see a feasible and safe way of proceeding with the event. Artists, production crew, staff and ticket purchasers would all need to be able to travel freely over the coming days in order to bring the festival together this Saturday in the way in which we envisioned. The lack of clarity in these uncertain times makes this impossible to achieve.

Tickets already purchased will be valid for Saturday 9th October, 2021…so hold onto them! We’d like to thank the artists for coming together so quickly with a new date over the past few hours. This is never an easy process trying to work around everybody’s availabilities, especially with such uncertain times ahead. The disappointing decision to reschedule was heart wrenching to make earlier this afternoon but we knew it was the right one, so please bear with us in the coming days as we continue to notify all who are involved.
